They also strive to maintain a cooperative interest in safety and health by carrying out their designated responsibilities. Safety is given the high priority throughout all operations of the company, and all employees are responsible and held accountable for effective safety performance. All work is conducted in accordance with the requirements of all legislation relative to Health and Safety. In accordance with the workplace safety and health act it is the responsibility of management, supervisors, and all employees to ensure that proper work procedures are used at all times, and to observe all related regulations.
